Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group seeks a Batch Maker to translate batch work instructions into safe, precise blending steps and to manually stage raw materials for mixing. You will run and monitor high-speed dispersers, tuning batches with QC guidance until all specs are approved.

The role follows a standard Mon-Fri schedule on 1st shift in Billerica, MA, with pay ranging from $22 to $26 per hour and a strong benefits package. Experience with mixing, compounding, and equipment operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid basic math for weighing, scaling, and adjustments.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑speed dispersers and handling equipment.
• Accuracy with digital scales and process readings.
• Background in chemical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate batch work instructions into safe, accurate blending steps.
• Manually stage, weigh, and charge raw materials into mixing vessels.
• Run and oversee high‑speed dispersers and related process instruments.
• Tune batches under QC guidance until specs are approved.
• Follow the daily production schedule and report issues to your Supervisor.
