Job summary

3DGence America Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Application Engineer for on-site work in the Additive Manufacturing field. You will assist customers with part design and production setup and onboard them to our solutions.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and at least 2 years in advanced manufacturing or 3D printing, CAD skills, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Sales and R&D are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Advanced Manufacturing, 3D Printing, or technical engineering.
• CAD experience required.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help customers unlock the full potential of Additive Manufacturing by assisting with part design and production set-up.
• Onboard customers to 3DGence solutions and services.
• Collaborate with the Sales team with technical expertise.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by stakeholders, propose and lead activities for continuous improvement.
• On-site installations for Industrial 3D Printing Solutions at customer locations.
• Build and contribute to 3DGence's support knowledge base to engage customers.
• Participate in R&D and innovation projects as required.
