Divergent is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Support Technician to assist in day-to-day operations within a fast-paced production environment. You will help machinists, perform post‑machining tasks, and support logistics while maintaining a strong safety and quality mindset.

The role offers growth opportunities across machining, anodizing, and facility operations and requires hands‑on, detail‑oriented work with a willingness to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (completed or in progress).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; works well in diverse teams.
• Self‑motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist machinists and technicians with part preparation and material movement.
• Perform post‑machining tasks: deburring, hand trimming, cleaning.
• Support shop floor logistics including moving parts between work centers.
• Conduct light mechanical assembly and basic machine maintenance tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools, forklifts, and shop equipment; follow instructions.
