Job summary

Brightli in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Therapist for Addictions to provide individual, group, and family counseling within a behavioral health setting. The role focuses on assessments, diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans to support clients’ recovery and overall well-being.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based therapies and ensuring timely documentation, crisis intervention when needed, and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed professional license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) or equivalent licensure.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use treatment services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and diagnostic criteria.
• Experience with telehealth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other therapeutic counseling services.
• Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-informed and co-occurring treatment services.
• Document all clinical services in accordance with state and agency standards.
