Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for this role.
• Valid state licensure/certification to practice in Indiana.

Aufgaben

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct individual, group, family and couples therapy sessions.
• Manage clinical needs and aftercare for your caseload.
• Prevent, intervene and de-escalate in crises.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and risk factors.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and treatment team for coordination of care.
• Model recovery principles and professional ethics.
