Job summary

Radiant Health seeks an Addictions Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients working toward recovery. You will join a multidisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, and document progress while maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline and Indiana licensure (or temporary permit), plus experience in substance use disorder treatment. Strong communication skills and crisis support are essential.

• Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana or temporary permit.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and recovery.
• The ability to speak and hear or read lips is essential for communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy (individual, family, couples and group) in a time-limited manner.
• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
• Develop coping strategies and life skills with clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Assess acuity of the outpatient unit and coordinate client care.
• Complete HIPAA-compliant documentation on time.
• Perform assessments and mental status examinations in outpatient and crisis areas.
