Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges in Indianapolis. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, crisis support as needed, and opportunities for supervision and mentorship within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field required.
• Licensed professional (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent) preferred or licensure eligible.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use treatment desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other therapeutic services.
• Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies including trauma-informed care and co-occurring treatments.
• Document services per state, accreditation, and agency standards.
