AppleGate Recovery is seeking an accountable, process‑driven leader to direct day‑to‑day operations of our Alabama clinic. The Treatment Center Director will lead physicians, counselors, and support staff to deliver high‑quality opioid addiction treatment while meeting performance goals and regulatory requirements.

The role involves budgeting, staff development, and partnership building to expand census and improve patient care in a compliant, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of administrative experience in a clinical program.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Interview, hire, train clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain policy manuals.
