Job summary

AppleGate Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, is seeking a Full Time Clinical Coordinator to oversee quality care, monitor treatment, and ensure accurate clinical records in a busy outpatient clinic.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in behavioral health, demonstrates leadership and strong interpersonal skills, and is capable of educating staff while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health required or closely related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of quality care and monitor treatment for all patients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records by staff.
• Conduct internal program reviews and educational counseling.
• Assess training needs with Program Director and report findings.
• Ensure staff compliance with Federal and State regulations governing treatment.
• Provide intake/readmission services and follow-up contacts for discharged patients.
