Santa Rosa Junior College is establishing a pool of associate faculty for part-time, on-call and temporary assignments in Santa Rosa, California. Most positions are on-site and may include evening, weekend, online or hybrid instruction.

Compensation is hourly, with initial steps based on the AFA contract and eligibility as described in the posting. Assignments are paid over the duration of the class and may not exceed 67% of a full-time annual load.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years full-time (or part-time equivalent) related experience.
• Associate's degree and six years full-time (or part-time equivalent) related experience; or the equivalent.
• Must be sensitive to diverse backgrounds among students and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent instruction and faculty support to students, including evening, weekend, online or hybrid assignments.
• Provide academic assistance and related services during scheduled office hours.
• Maintain currency in field(s) of expertise and focus on instruction and student services.
