Placements24 is seeking an Addiction Recovery Coach to support clients in Upington on their journey to sobriety. You will provide guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to help individuals identify goals, overcome obstacles, and sustain long-term recovery.

You will work remotely with flexible scheduling, empowering clients through personalized action plans, relapse prevention coaching, and connection to local resources and therapies within the Northern Cape community.

Qualifications

• Personal experience with recovery and a passion for supporting others.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and available support systems.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in the Upington area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals seeking to overcome addiction and maintain sobriety.
