Amatus Recovery Centers is seeking a dedicated clinician to support clients on their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. This part-time role runs Friday to Sunday, 8a–4p, offering meaningful impact and growth opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and stay current with best practices through supervision and training in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure required: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or pursuing licensure).
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual & group therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & implement treatment plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain clinical documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support crisis intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay current with best practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)
• Experience In Mental Health Or Substance Use Treatment Preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion For Helping Others Through Evidence-based Treatment
