Job summary

Amatus Recovery Centers in Ohio is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide direct, evidence-based care for individuals on the path to recovery. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals with compassion and professionalism.

The role includes individual and group therapy, treatment planning, clinical documentation, crisis support, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or working toward full licensure.
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and staff.
• Support crisis intervention and client safety as needed.
• Stay current with best practices through training and supervision.

Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)
