Job summary

Amatus Recovery Centers is seeking a part-time clinician for Fri–Sun shifts (8a–4p) to deliver direct, evidence-based care to clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. You will join a multidisciplinary team to support recovery journeys with compassionate counseling and supervision.

The role emphasizes individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and documentation, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure required: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or pursuing licensure).
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatment.

Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Licensure Required – LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)

Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment
