Job summary

Amatus Recovery Centers in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide evidence-based care for individuals on their recovery path. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct clinical services, including therapy and treatment planning, in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent) or progress toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) or working toward full licensure.
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment.

Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

What We’re Looking For
