BayMark Health Services seeks an Addiction Counselor Supervisor to oversee Counselors and Counselor Interns, ensuring treatment plans and documentation meet all regulations and BayMark policies. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining caseloads, and guiding licensure efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado LCSW/LPC/CAS/LAC, has prior experience with chemically dependent populations, and demonstrates a non-judgmental, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LPC, CAS, or LAC in Colorado.
• Experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Personable, adaptable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors and counselor interns and assign caseloads.
• Provide direct supervision through meetings, trainings, and reviews.
• Review assessments and treatment plans for quality and accuracy.
• Manage counseling staff and lead performance improvement discussions.
• Maintain partial counseling caseload and provide licensure guidance.
