Job Summary: Per Diem; REQUIRES: Bachelor's degree and 1-year related experience.

Job Duties
  • Functions as primary care manager at all levels of counseling care as needed, providing chemical dependency services to patients and their families in accordance with established policies and professional standards.
  • Responsible for carrying out all relevant charting requirements.
  • Facilitating group therapy, individual and family therapy.
  • Presents educational lectures to patients and family members.
  • Coordinates case management responsibilities with outside agencies and coordinates discharge planning.
  • Observes all applicable facility policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates treatment planning process through the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participates in department quality improvement activities.

Position Details

Education: Bachelor's Degree-Social Sciences (Required), Master's Degree-Social Sciences (Preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required).
