Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service field is required.
• Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LAMFT or LMSW.
• Experience with administrative procedures of a Federally funded community health center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients per treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date counseling records and audits for quality.
• Attend staff and provider meetings as required and share updates.
• Ensure documentation meets state and federal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Complete service notes within 48 hours of client contact.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic models and best practices in clinical work.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and collaborate with teams on care plans.
