Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in social services, addiction, mental health or closely related field with 3+ years post-Bachelor experience or master's with 1+ year.
• Current licensure or certifications as a social worker, professional counselor, therapist or addiction counselor.
• CPR and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments identifying history, current presentation and clinical needs.
• Lead group, individual or family sessions and document progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling when needed.
• Complete aftercare documentation and coordinate with insurers.
• Perform case management and community education activities.
