Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human service field; post-graduate experiences and clinical endorsement.
• Must hold or be eligible for licensure as LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LAMFT or LMSW.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date counseling records; conduct regular audits for quality and compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings, provider meetings and other relevant gatherings.
• Ensure documentation meets all applicable state and federal regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Complete service notes within 48 hours of client contact.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic models and best practices in clinical work.
