Job summary

The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) in Jessup, MD seeks an experienced supervisor for addiction counseling services. You will lead administrative and clinical supervision of counselors providing SUD treatment for dually diagnosed clients.

Responsibilities include staff evaluations, data collection tasks, quality assurance, and coordination with the Director/Deputy Director to implement regional SUD services in line with state strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Licensed eligible counselor required by Maryland standards.
• Experience supervising addiction counseling staff and ensuring treatment quality.
• Must meet ADAA/COMAR related education requirements as stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision and leadership to addiction counselors delivering SUD services.
• Supervise and evaluate counselors, review records, and monitor treatment delivery for compliance.
