Job summary

Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor (LCDC) in Ohio to support clients on recovery journeys. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and an LCDC license in Ohio, with QMHS III preferred. Two years of counseling experience and strong EHR skills are desired, along with commitment to client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid LCDC license in Ohio (QMHS III preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Provide case management and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
