Formación

• Bachelor's degree from CHEA/USDE-accredited institution.
• Four years of full-time substance abuse treatment experience.
• Valid LCDC-I licensure by DSHS, CCJP-A certification, and LPA licensure.
• Maintain licensure or certification for continued employment.
• Valid driver's license unless waived.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and implements treatment plans and assessment plans for inmates.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as part of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatric, social work, or medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain confidential inmate records and complete reports and statistics.
• Attend staff meetings and promote effective communication among teams.
• Support inmate skill development and oversee safety practices.
