Goodwill Manasota in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder for a full-time role. You will deliver world class customer service, support leadership, and manage opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service.
• Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process.
