Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. in Thousand Oaks seeks a Scientist - Conjugate to join a state‑of‑the‑art research facility on a hybrid schedule.

The position supports the discovery and development of next‑generation antibody‑drug conjugates (ADCs) by integrating bioconjugation chemistry, synthetic chemistry and chemical biology. You will design, generate, purify and characterize ADCs, apply site‑specific and conventional conjugation methods, and perform DAR, purity and aggregation analyses.

Qualifications

• Direct experience generating antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
• Experience with ADC analytical characterization and quality attributes.
• PhD or equivalent with ADC development exposure; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, purify, and characterize ADCs with diverse linker-payload chemistries.
• Use site-specific and conventional conjugation strategies to support programs.
• Analyze DAR, purity, aggregation and heterogeneity; document results clearly.
