Amgen is seeking a Principal Scientist Bioconjugation at the Thousand Oaks campus to lead development of sustainable manufacturing processes for bioconjugates, including ADCs. You will drive technology innovation, provide technical leadership, and mentor teams while ensuring regulatory readiness and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualified candidates have a PhD/MD/PharmD or Master’s with extensive experience in bioconjugation, GMP manufacturing, and technology transfer.
