Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking an ADC attendant to greet donors and help with donation processing at attended centers in the region.

You will unload donations, provide receipts, sort items, and maintain logs while ensuring the center is clean and well‑presented. Training new staff and occasional travel to sites are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors upon arrival at the attended donation center.
• Unload or assist the donor in unloading donations from the donor's vehicle.
• Offer donation receipts to donors and assist donors in completing the form.
• Thank the donor for the donation.
• Sort donations by item category.
• Notify the office of ADC status, trash, oversized items, donors, and needed repairs daily.
• Clean the donation center interior and exterior areas.
• Complete donor log and other required forms.
• Train new ADC attendants on responsibilities.
• Travel to different locations within the region as needed.

• Offer donation receipts to donors and assist donors in completing the form.
• Thank the donor for the donation.
• Sort donations in a 3-sider or hamper according to the item category.
• Notify the office of ADC status, trash, oversized items, donors, and needed repairs daily.
• Clean the interior and surrounding exterior area of the donation center.
• Complete the donor log, electrical, and other forms as required.
• Train new ADC attendants on donation center responsibilities.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel to different
• locations within the region.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
