Job summary

Harbinger is expanding its ADAS team and seeks a Software Test Engineer, ADAS, focused on rigorous bench- and black-box testing to validate the CDC ECU and ADCU/ADCU Pro. The role emphasizes end-to-end ADAS validation, maintaining detailed tests and results.

The successful candidate will lead bench tests for CDC, ADCU, and ADCU Pro, verify L2+ features (AEB, FCW, Lane Centering), and collaborate on robust validation using Python-based automation and HIL tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in engineering with ADAS validation and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on bench-level testing and Hardware-in-the-Loop experience.
• Experience testing L2+ features: AEB, FCW, Lane Centering.
• Strong understanding of CAN/CANFD and Automotive Ethernet.
• Familiarity with IPG Carmaker, dSPACE ASM, and related tools.
• Experience automating tests with Python and ECUTest or AutomationDesk.
• Proficiency with Polarion or Jama for requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Lead bench-level testing for CDC, ADCU, and ADCU Pro.
• Validate the integrated ADAS system to enable L2+ features.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of tests and validation results.
