Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced ADAS Test Engineer for our client location in Dearborn, MI. Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in ADAS testing (RVC, AEB, etc.).
• Experience with HiL bench setup and operation.
• Proficiency with Test Rail, ECU Test, and CarMaker for test execution and management.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADAS system testing (RVC, AEB, and related systems) to validate performance, functionality, and safety standards.
• Set up and operate HiL test benches, including hardware calibration and integration.
• Develop and execute test cases and scripts using Test Rail for tracking and management.
• Validate ECU software using ECU Test, including CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication.
• Execute and configure test scenarios in CarMaker for vehicle simulation and integration testing.
• Create and maintain test documentation, report defects, and propose system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures to identify root causes.
