Tata Technologies Inc. in Michigan is seeking a System Test Engineer to validate ADAS components and systems for automotive clients.

You will verify ADAS on vehicle and bench setups, craft detailed test cases, operate testing equipment, and collaborate across software and hardware teams to ensure safety and performance. The role requires 3+ years in automotive or embedded systems testing, hands-on ADAS testing, knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, LAN, and experience with HIL/SIL platforms such as dSPACE

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in automotive or embedded systems testing.
Hands-on experience testing ADAS systems or similar safety-critical automotive systems.
Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN).
Experience with HIL/SIL testing platforms (dSPACE, Vector CANoe).
Ability to analyse data and generate detailed reports.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Verify ADAS systems on vehicle and bench test environments; develop detailed test cases.
Operate testing equipment and analyze results to identify issues.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to resolve problems.
Perform manual and automated testing of ADAS.
Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases based on system requirements.
Collect and document test data with accuracy.
Generate test reports; defect logs, test summaries, and compliance documentation.
