Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, and LIN vehicle protocols.
• Experience with HIL/SIL testing platforms (e.g., dSPACE, CANoe).

• Responsible for the validation and verification of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components and systems.
• Execute test plans, analyze test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and safety standards are met.
• Perform verification of ADAS systems in vehicle and bench test environments, including developing detailed test cases, operating testing equipment, and analyzing results to identify issues.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to resolve problems.
• Perform manual and automated testing of ADAS.
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases based on system requirements.
• Operate bench testing equipment and vehicle testing setups.
• Collect and document test data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze test results to identify issues, root causes, and system deficiencies.
• Generate test reports, including defect logs, test summaries, and compliance documentation.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in automotive or embedded systems testing.
• Hands-on experience testing ADAS systems or similar safety-critical automotive systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN).
• Experience with HIL/SIL testing platforms (dSPACE, Vector CANoe, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ADAS sensor technologies (LiDAR, Radar, Cameras).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (CAPL, Python, MATLAB).
• Prior experience in a testing role within an OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
