General Motors in Michigan is seeking an Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Motion Controls Software Engineer to design, develop, test and implement ADAS Lateral Control software for Super Cruise and other GM Active Safety features.

You will promote innovation through collaborative software work, drive production software strategy across controllers, and ensure high performance, reusability, and reliable in‑vehicle validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time ADAS algorithms for autonomous driving features and improve calibration efficiency.
• Build CI/CD pipeline to validate feature control performance for each change.
• Verify software with unit tests, SIL/HIL, and in-vehicle tests.
• Participate in software change management.
• Maintain performance on test vehicles and manage the test fleet.
