Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks an experienced ADAS Calibration Technician to diagnose, calibrate, and support automotive technicians across our service network. You will handle OEM software, calibrations, and diagnostic workflows to ensure accurate repairs and vehicle safety.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
5+ years automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
2+ years as an ADAS Calibration Technician with knowledge of ADAS and electrical services.

Responsibilities

Monitor Teams Channels and/or ticketing queue for incoming requests.
Diagnose and provide technical solutions via phone for calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and OE software.
Assist Technicians with Service Information documents for repairs.
Assist in ordering, organizing, and managing technician tooling and OEM software access.
Other duties as requested.
