Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a skilled ADAS Calibration Technician to support diagnostics, calibrations, programming, and OEM software services. The role requires 5+ years in automotive diagnostics and a strong tech skill set.

You will assist field technicians, manage tooling, and provide exceptional customer service to technicians and customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ADAS calibration, is bilingual in Spanish a plus, and can communicate

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
2+ years as ADAS Calibration Technician with advanced knowledge in ADAS and electrical services.
Strong tech skills including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS.
Knowledgeable in OEM software; willingness to learn and stay updated.
Must be able to perform all services offered by ATE.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor Teams channels or ticketing queue for incoming requests.
Diagnose and provide technical solutions to technicians via phone related to calibrations, programming, diagnostics, OE software.
Assist Field Technicians with service information documents for repairs.
Assist in ordering, organizing, and managing technician tooling and access to tools.
Other duties as requested.
