Job summary

Goken America, based in Dublin, Ohio, seeks an experienced engineer to support ADAS component design and development from concept to mass production. You will collaborate with internal teams responsible for design, validation, procurement, and manufacturing to deliver proven sensor and radar components.

The role requires CAD/FEA proficiency, strong problem-solving, and effective communication as you drive Cost, Weight and Quality targets across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive field is required.
• 3+ years of Automotive industry experience with ADAS components is required.
• Proficiency with 3-D modeling in CATIA V5 is required (V6 preferred).
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering activities for large scale product development programs from concept to production.
• Develop and mature assigned components from concept through production.
• Set targets for cost, weight, performance and quality and work to achieve them.
• Ensure quality of components and subsystem 3D CAD and drawings.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Apply best practices to improve products and processes.
