Job summary

Robert Bosch Group seeks an Application Resident Engineer to join a global team, combining electrical/electronic and software engineering with strong customer focus. You will be the hands-on liaison at customer sites, enabling integration of cutting-edge mobility technologies and ADAS features while working closely with OEMs.

You will diagnose complex issues across electrical/embedded software domains, perform rigorous testing, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer).
• 3+ years mobility-based controls/systems engineering with CAN experience.
• 1+ year Automotive OEM applications experience.
• Proficient oral and written communication; strong presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Bosch and automotive OEMs, working hands-on at customer sites to enable mobility tech integration.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and software issues using CAN and radar knowledge.
• Conduct rigorous lab and field testing with test vehicles, standing/walking as needed.
• Communicate findings and project status through professional reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to provide field feedback on automotive technologies.
