• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow for algorithm design.
• Experience designing state machines, decision logic, or event-driven control.
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and control theory.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop mode management algorithms for ADAS and Automated Driving applications.
• Design and implement Stateflow-based state machines governing feature engagement and takeover.
• Develop feature arbitration and coordination logic across multiple ADAS functions.
• Define operational logic for system degradation, fault handling, and driver notification.
• Translate requirements into deployable algorithm designs.
• Verify and optimize algorithm performance using simulation and vehicle testing.
• Investigate real-world events and analyze data to improve behavior.
• Support functional safety and SOTIF activities with safety monitoring.
• Collaborate with systems, software, calibration, validation and HMI teams.
• Document designs, verification results, and development artifacts.
