• Teach adaptive ski and snowboard lessons 2–3 days per week.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to seasonal instructors and volunteers.
• Coordinate Special Olympics Team San Juan activities and school outreach programs.
• Assist with registration, scheduling, and participant communications.
