Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Teaching license, active or expired.
• Non-certified substitutes: 21 years old and high school diploma.
• Desirable: 3+ years of successful teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful instruction to students.
• Review and implement classroom routines, procedures, lesson plans and instructional strategies.
• Participate in grade-level meetings, faculty meetings and committees.
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Take reasonable measures to protect students, facilities and materials.
• Communicate clearly to students, families and school personnel.
• Willingness to substitute in any grade level or course as assigned.
• Demonstrate cooperation and flexibility in other related duties as assigned.
