Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking staff to facilitate adaptive sport and recreation programs for participants of all ages and abilities. The role includes planning sessions, equipment prep, and coordinating with the regional team to ensure smooth program delivery.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills, plus knowledge of adaptive sport basics. A valid New Hampshire driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required.
• Experience in adapted sport programming 1-2 years preferred or prior experience working with people with disabilities 0-1 year preferred.
• Personal Driver's License (New Hampshire) - New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with adaptive sport and recreation programs: create session plans, prepare equipment, track attendance, and communicate with participants and staff.
• Review participant intakes to determine equipment needs.
• Maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and readiness for future sessions.
• Perform administrative duties: manage program registration and attendance records.
• Provide information and demonstrations to new employees, volunteers, and students.
• Orient, train and mentor students to meet performance expectations.
