• Provide individualized support to students, including academic assistance and behavioral guidance.
• Help prepare instructional materials and set up classroom equipment.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of instruction.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff to foster collaboration.
• Assist in assessing student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
