Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of inpatient RN experience to join our care team.

You will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document care accurately while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality inpatient care across units.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of RN inpatient experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing (IDFPR or applicable state license).
• ACLS and BLS certifications maintained within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Implements procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care and develops care plans.
• Performs initial patient assessments and implements care plans with safety in mind.
• Communicates with the healthcare team and coordinates multidiscipline care.
• Floats to various inpatient units as needed and mentors peers.
