Winston Staffing seeks a full-time Floater Legal Assistant to provide interim coverage and support to attorneys and the firm. The candidate will perform various administrative tasks and support across multiple practice areas. A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF.
• Ability to coordinate work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents, transcribe digital dictation, organize and maintain files and records.
• Experience with e-filing in New Jersey and New York preferred.
