The YMCA of the La Crosse Area is seeking an Adapted Aquatics Instructor to support our community in creating a more inclusive environment. This part-time role offers weekend shifts (4-5 hours) and opportunities to work with youth and adults in our adapted program at Dahl, Houser and Bigley locations.
Responsibilities include implementing behavior modification as needed, enforcing safety regulations, applying relevant policies, and setting up and taking down equipment. First Aid/CPR is preferred.
