Job summary

Cosmo is seeking K-12 tutors to provide personalized instruction for students through its online platform. As a tutor, you will manage a flexible schedule and provide engaging one-on-one lessons in a supportive environment. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 3 years of teaching experience in math. The role offers $20 per class plus additional incentives, ideal for educators passionate about student success and who can commit to at least 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in math.
• Experience with K-12 Math standards.
• Teaching license preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Access to a Windows or Mac PC with minimum CPU of 6000.
• Commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching.
• Available between 3-10 PM EST Monday through Friday or weekends.
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate for students.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students professionally.
