Job summary

The University of Missouri-Columbia invites applications for a Program/Project Support Coordinator I to support ADA Center activities, handle consumer calls and emails, and represent the Center at outreach events on campus.

Based in the Department of Architectural Studies, this on-site role assists with intake of requests, coordinates with senior staff on technical assistance, and supports the ADACC membership program, serving ADA professionals nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 1 year of related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of the ADA including Title I, II, and III regulations.
• Ability to understand and interpret regulatory language, guidance, and court cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake of consumer requests for ADA information and assist with basic techinal inquiries.
• Represent the Great Plains ADA Center at exhibits and events and respond to inquiries via email or phone.
• Assist in membership-related service activities for the ADACC program.
• Support special projects related to ADA technical assistance programming.
