Job summary

Teleperformance (TP) is seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee relations and regulatory compliance. You will handle ADA, FMLA, leave accommodations, and investigations, acting as primary contact for employees and auditing adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting call center / contact center environment.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis on Employee Relations and Investigations.
• Experience leading multiple, concurrent employee relations activities with clear guidance and timely execution.
• Ability to review concerns holistically, diagnose root causes, and partner with teams to drive resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document case notes and investigations clearly.
• Knowledge of Federal, state and local regulations including ADA, FMLA, leave and accommodation rules.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate Company policies regarding Leave of Absence, ADA and Religious Accommodations with the ability to educate employees and managers.
• Act as main point of contact for employees regarding ADA and religious accommodation requests, documenting and communicating final determinations.
• Serve as SME for federal/state regulations and guidelines on accommodations and benefits.
• Track ADA accommodation end dates and communicate next steps to employees.
• Assist with payroll inquiries related to paid time off policies and procedures.
• Support annual local, state, and federal audits and ensure compliance with paid time off laws.
• Respond to ADA and Leave inquiries within SLAs.
• Document cases in the case management system and standard SLA.
• Support other HR departments with TP Client and Workday tickets.
