Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD).
• Ability to train supervisors and staff on accommodation procedures.
• Experience collaborating with employees, departments, and others on accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a program to ensure university compliance with ADA and LAD for employees.
• Consult with employees and departments requesting accommodations and prepare communications.
• Train supervisors and affected personnel on ADA/LAD requirements and accommodation processes.
• Maintain a central record of accommodation requests and responses.
