Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of ADA regulations and inclusive practices.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Flexible hours based on student needs and exam schedules.

Responsibilities

• Track active accommodations by cohort and provide timely notices.
• Serve as liaison between Student Affairs, Accessibility & Disability Services staff, students, instructors, and the Director, maintaining confidentiality.
• Arrange implementation of accommodations in testing and classroom settings with attention to timeliness and accuracy.
• Follow up on use and quality of accommodation implementation and generate aggregated data for quality improvement.
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups across the College and maintain professional relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
