Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an ADA Facilitator to support guests with disabilities at entry points and throughout events in New Orleans. This on-site role requires guiding mobility devices, escorting guests to service desks, and ensuring smooth wheelchair-related operations during events.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of ADA procedures, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Extensive knowledge of Legends Global venues (Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Champions Square).
• Able to stand for long periods and move a wheelchair through crowds.
• Knowledge of ADA procedures and strong communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with disabilities mobility assistance or escort/directional services at entry doors.
• Escort guests needing ticket relocations to the nearest Guest Services desk or Box Office.
• Assist guests with mobility devices and check in/out wheelchairs at the Guest Relations Center.
• Inform guests about amenities near their seating area.
• Deliver lost and found items to Guest Relations Center for logging and safeguarding.
